Cylinder Information
Liquigas cylinders are the property of Liquigas Malta Limited (Liquigas) C44954. When you purchase gas from Liquigas you are purchasing the gas, not the cylinder. It is prohibited to resell, refill or dispose of the cylinder. This always remains the property of Liquigas Malta Limited.
Buying Products
To order a product from Liquigas Malta Limited follow the on-line ordering procedure or contact us directly on 2248 6010. Products, prices and payment methods are displayed on the website and Mobile App. The price on the website and Mobile App at the time of the order is the price in force at that time. Prices include VAT and delivery to the front door if done with our route delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event of a cylinder being damaged or faulty please call on 2248 6010.
Returns/Refund/Cancellation
Returns are accepted if products and cylinders are returned with the Liquigas seal this intact seal i.e., unopened and in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days of delivery. Liquigas will then refund the cost of the product. Please note Liquigas cannot offer refunds on any Liquigas cylinders if they have been partly consumed. Liquigas does not give refunds if a customer cancels the order after payment. If Liquigas are unable to carry out the delivery and the customer does not want to reschedule, Liquigas will issue a refund.
In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved directly with the merchant, the cardholder has the right to refer the matter to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) through their online Dispute Resolution Platform. Complaints may be submitted via the MCCAA complaint form available at https://mccaa.org.mt/home/complaint.
Non-Gas Product Stock Levels
We endeavour to keep a full range of all non-gas stock items. Occasionally this is not always possible due to supply and demand. Should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund your order.
Modification to Website
We may update the content of our website from time to time including removing, changing, suspending or discontinuing any part of it. Any new content will be subject to these terms and conditions.
Delivery of goods
We deliver gas cylinders free of charge to ground floor when done by route delivery. Delivery is made by either our drivers, agents or distributors. We do not deliver any non-gas products if not bought with a cylinder. (e.g. regulators, Twiny etc.). Deliveries are done in some areas in the morning and in other areas in the afternoon; this will be highlighted in the dropdown when the customer orders.
Liability
Liquigas have the right to sell any goods on our website to you. They will be of the standard described on the website and be of a quality for the purpose for which they are intended. Liquigas cannot take responsibility for incorrect use of the item, such as loss of gas due to errors in connecting the regulator, or connection to any gas appliance. Liquigas accepts no liability for any harm or damage arising from using our products if these are used irresponsibly or incorrectly. All products should NOT be used or handled by children. Any instructions given by Liquigas, or third parties working on our behalf, should be strictly adhered to. Safety should be always taken very seriously.
Liquigas cannot accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) however caused, even if foreseeable. If Liquigas is liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product concerned. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.
You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system and, or mobile meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use our website or Mobile App. Liquigas cannot and will not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our website will be free from infection or viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for putting relevant protection in place on your own computer systems, and, or mobile, such as anti-virus software
The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt if there should be any dispute under these terms and conditions of the contract between Liquigas Malta Limited and the customer then such dispute shall be governed by the laws of Malta.
